1. Overview

This policy explains what Convexa collects when you run a website audit, create an account, or buy a service, and how we use and protect it. We aim to collect only what we need to deliver an audit and a rebuild, and to follow up with you.

2. Information we collect

When you use Convexa, we may collect:

  • Audit submissions — your name, email, business name, website URL, and any audit results we generate for that URL.
  • Account details — your email and a hashed password when you sign up to view your leads.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment provider. Convexa does not store your full card number or banking details.
  • Technical information — basic device and browser data, such as viewport and usage telemetry, collected as you interact with the site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Run and deliver the website audit you requested.
  • Create and maintain your account and your leads dashboard.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Follow up with you about your audit, a rebuild, or ongoing support.
  • Improve and secure the service.

4. How we share information

We share the limited data described above only with the providers that help us operate:

  • Payment provider — to process your transactions, under their own privacy practices.
  • CRM and lead-management provider — when you submit the audit form, your name, email, business name, website, and audit summary may be sent to our CRM so our team can follow up. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
  • Service providers — hosting and analytics vendors that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only as described here, with your consent, or where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep audit submissions and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and respond to support requests. Payment records are retained as required by law and our payment provider's policies. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted credentials. No method is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee complete security, but we work to protect the information you share with us.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Children's privacy

Convexa is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use local storage and cookies for essential functionality such as keeping you signed in and remembering basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted here.
