Terms of Service

By using Convexa, running a website audit, creating an account, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Convexa.

Convexa is a service for owner-operated brands that audits a business website and rebuilds it to convert more visitors into customers. Our services include:

• Free audit — a modeled assessment of your website's conversion signals, described below.
• Rebuild — a one-time project to rebuild your website as a high-converting site.
• Grow — an optional monthly subscription for ongoing optimization and support after a rebuild.

The free audit is modeled, not a live crawl of your site. The signals and score it reports are estimates produced to show the opportunity for improvement — they are not a guarantee of any specific outcome, revenue figure, or conversion rate. Actual results from a rebuild depend on your industry, traffic, offer, and many factors outside our control.

To view leads and audit submissions, you may create an account using an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Paid services are billed in USD. The Rebuild is a one-time charge. The Grow subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider; Convexa does not store your full card number. By subscribing to Grow, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate until the subscription is cancelled.

You can cancel Grow at any time from your account or by contacting us, and you will not be charged for the following billing cycle. You remain responsible for the current cycle. Because a Rebuild is a custom, one-time deliverable that begins immediately, fees for an in-progress or completed Rebuild are generally non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your Rebuild, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

You confirm that you own or are authorized to share the website you ask us to audit, and that any content, credentials, or assets you provide for a rebuild are yours to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (such as your business name, website URL, and contact details).

You will not use Convexa to audit or rebuild a site you do not have rights to, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to submit unlawful or fraudulent content, or to disrupt the service. We may refuse or stop work on any project that violates these terms or applicable law.

Once a Rebuild is paid for in full, the website we build for your business is yours to use. Convexa retains ownership of its own tools, templates, and underlying audit methodology. You may not resell or sublicense Convexa's proprietary tools or the audit service itself.

Convexa is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any audit score or projection will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convexa's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue.

These terms apply for as long as you use Convexa. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel any subscription at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of Convexa after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
